Toddlers, too, are communicating! Although a toddler is beginning to develop language, his behavior is screaming, and if you aren’t listening, you may be missing an important message. The cute and not so cute things a toddler does are not only sending you a message, but indicating how they are learning and what they are doing with what they are learning. Each toddler assessment is play-based and gives insights into gross and fine motor skills, social/emotional development, speech and language development, cognition, and behavior.
